Fees & Cancellation Policy

Safe Path Visitation LLC

We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and child-focused supervised visitation services. The following fees apply to services provided by Safe Path Visitation LLC.

Payment is due prior to the scheduled service unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.

No-Show Policy

A client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may be billed at 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other scheduled services.

Appointments generally cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

Payment Methods

Safe Path Visitation LLC accepts:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• ACH/Bank Transfer (if available)
• Approved Electronic Payments
• Cash (if accepted in advance)

Court Appearances

Court appearance fees begin at the scheduled reporting time and continue until the supervisor is excused by the court.

Additional documentation requested by attorneys or the court beyond standard reports may incur additional fees.

Court Documentation & Reports

Objective written reports are prepared upon request or as required.

• $80 per report

Expedited reports may be subject to additional fees if requested.

Refund Policy

Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Refunds for prepaid appointments canceled within the required notice period will be processed according to the original payment method.

Returned Payments

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees and could delay future scheduling until the balance is resolved.

Agreement

By scheduling services with Safe Path Visitation LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Fees & Cancellation Policy.
