By using the services of  Safe Path Visitation LLC, all clients agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Services

Safe Path Visitation LLC provides supervised visitation, monitored exchanges, documentation, and related family support services in a safe, neutral, and professional environment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Follow all company policies and court orders
  • Treat staff and participants respectfully
  • Arrive on time for scheduled services
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during all visits and exchanges

Safety & Conduct

Safe Path Visitation LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse services if safety concerns arise, including but not limited to:

  • Threats or violence
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Substance use or impairment
  • Possession of weapons
  • Violation of court orders or company policies

Payments

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise approved. Intake fees, late cancellation fees, court appearance fees, and other service fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and rescheduling are subject to the company’s Refund Policy. Missed appointments and no-shows may result in additional fees or service termination.

Documentation & Confidentiality

Objective visitation notes and records may be maintained for professional and court-related purposes. Information may only be released with proper authorization, subpoena, or court order as required by law.

Court Involvement

Safe Path Visitation LLC remains neutral in all cases and does not provide legal advice, recommendations, or custody opinions. Court appearances and records requests may require advance notice, fees, and legal documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Clients acknowledge that Safe Path Visitation LLC provides monitoring and support services but cannot guarantee outcomes related to custody, visitation, or legal proceedings.

Agreement

By participating in services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
