Refund Policy

Safe Path Visitation LLC is committed to providing professional and reliable services. Due to scheduling, staffing, and preparation requirements, the following refund policy applies:

• Intake fees are non-refundable.
• Payments for scheduled visits, monitored exchanges, court appearances, and related services must be made in advance.
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may qualify for a reschedule or service credit.
• Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for visits ended early due to policy violations, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with court orders.
• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Safe Path Visitation LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
