Supervised Visitation
A supervised visit is a structured visit between a parent and child that takes place in the presence of a neutral third party, known as a supervised visitation monitor.
The purpose is to provide a safe, supportive, and child-focused environment while allowing the parent and child to maintain their relationship.
Supervised visits are often ordered by the court or agreed upon by the parties when there are concerns related to safety, conflict, substance abuse, domestic violence, or parenting stability.
Location Approval Policy
Safe Path Visitation L.L.C., determines or approves the location for all visits. Locations must be neutral, child-friendly, safe, and conducive to effective supervision. Requests for alternative locations must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to provider approval.
